How DronePower1 collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Effective date: May 28, 2026 · Applies to: dronepower1.com
DronePower1 LLC ("DronePower1," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what personal information we collect when you use our website or request our services, how we use it, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable federal law. Because we are a California-based business serving California residents, CCPA governs our practices — and those protections apply to all visitors regardless of state.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in the following categories:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address provided when you submit a quote request, contact form, or booking.
- Commercial information — service history, panel count, property type, and appointment records created when you book a cleaning.
- Internet activity — pages visited, time on page, browser type, and referring URL, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).
- Geolocation (general) — city or region inferred from your IP address for service-area routing. We do not collect precise GPS coordinates.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, health data, or information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Responding to quote requests, contact inquiries, and booking confirmations.
- Scheduling and delivering drone solar cleaning services at your property.
- Sending service reminders, follow-up surveys, and maintenance recommendations relevant to your account.
- Processing payments through our third-party booking platform (Zenbooker). We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
- Improving the website — analyzing traffic patterns to fix errors and improve content.
- Complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our service agreements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate (e.g., Zenbooker for booking and payment, email delivery services, website hosting). These vendors are contractually restricted to using your data only to perform services on our behalf.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DronePower1, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfer — if DronePower1 is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly if you do.
5. Your Rights Under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and any third parties with whom it was shared.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction you requested).
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so this right is not triggered. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any privacy right.
To submit a request, email us at info@dronepower1.com or call 303-406-2220. We will respond within 45 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
6. Data Retention
We retain customer records for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations — typically no longer than 5 years after your last service visit. Inquiry and contact form data for non-customers is deleted within 24 months if no booking results.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites (e.g., Zenbooker booking portal, Google Maps, LinkedIn). This policy does not cover those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our homepage or by email if we have your contact information on file.
